Press and slide the knife heel to the sharpener slot

Knife tip down, pull through the knife in angle between 15 to 45 degree, repeat 3-8 times.
Knife tip up, pull through the knife with gently press in angle between 15 to 45 degree. Repeat 3-5 times.
